I have no complaints about the toothbrushes themselves. They are good. So I decided to order some.I ordered them once expecting 12 packs. But only got the one. Amazon was great, as when I contacted them, they let me keep the one, and reordered the 12 packs for me. Again, only 1 pack came.Maybe there is just a problem with whoever is packing the orders. But I give up. Will just get a refund.
