The Rock Bucket itself is great, however Titan needs to work with its shipping company. We spent 2 weeks trying to get in contact with TForce Shipping, the company Titan uses. We were told that our phone number connected to our Amazon account was incorrect which it is not (we double checked with Amazon), and that they had been trying to contact us repeatedly. We gave TForce our number again, which they then transposed the last number and continued to call a wrong number. When we called AGAIN, we asked their call center if we could call the local yard where our Rock Bucket was and speak directly to them? We were told that they did not take incoming calls. We reached out to Titan on 4 separate occasions to help with TForce and they responded each time. Unfortunately, they did not seem to have any better communication with TForce than we did. In the end we never did receive a callback to set up a time for delivery. The semi truck just showed up on the last day of "projected delivery date" with our Rock Bucket. Luckily, someone was here at the time to accept it on that day. Again, the Rock Bucket is great, the delivery was beyond frustrating.
