I followed the direction to the "T" and still ended up messing up a few of the mouth guards, contacted the company and they promptly sent out a replacement box. I was completely surprised as, I was only expecting a few (one of each).I Since then have warn them and they fit good.It's as comfortable as a mouthpiece can get, even though it still feels awkward. Molded quick, doesn't have any weird tastes, and is easily cleaned. I soak it in a 50/50 of lysterine and water after I scrub it with my toothbrush.I cut out for the fit. You do not need the full guard. Cutting the edges and the back will make it fit nicely.Do not overheat. Just drop in hot water at 160 degrees and take out in ten seconds. Compare to the expansive one I have from my dentist, it feels bulky in the mouth, but after a little bit while it feels ok. The greatest point is that it doesn't stink (I did brush it every time I used). The one I have from the dentist gets so stinky after a week and I can't get rid of its smell by using many ways. Son seis piezas en total, tres gruesas y tres delgadas.Ambas son sumamente cómodas, la gruesa la uso para dormir y la delgada para trabajar.Han resistido bastante bien hasta ahora.Muy buena opción. Son muy fáciles de recortar para dejarlos a la medida y de amoldarlos con el agua caliente. En un primer intento quedó un poco holgado, pero lo vuelves a meter en agua caliente y lo puedes amoldar nuevamente, en el segundo intento quedó perfecto.Excelentes artículos.. Muy fáciles de moldear siguiendo instrucciones y consejos de otros compradores como no dejar que se puguen al utensilio caliente, usar cuchara de madera.. Si se mete en el agua hirviendo dejar dos segundos menos dejar enfriar unos segundos y ajustar en la boca apretando lo normal. Quedan perfectos.. Mi boca es de tamaño Normal a pequeña y no fue necesario recortar nada ni de enfrente ni de atrás. El material el suave y no huele mal.Bastante satisfecha. Lo recomiendo bastante.. Lo volvería a comprar.La calidad es buena, fácil de moldear siguiendo las instrucciones, no hay que dejarlo en el agua caliente más del tiempo recomendado, es mejor realizar las adaptaciones necesarias varias veces. Utilizar una cuchara de madera como otros recomiendan.Puede quedar un poco pequeña para algunos usuarios, yo soy de complexión mediana (160) y me quedó justa.Perdí el 1er protector por falta de experiencia a la hora de sacarme la medida pero me agradaría que fuese más delgado la parte de la encía (que no lo sienta como protector de boxeador).
