The tooth-brush itself is fine but I would not buy again (and am worried about having to replace brushes) as the product is made in Europe and therefore subject to Brexit import taxes - I had to pay over £50! Please be warnedIst schon jemanden aufgefallen, daß die Zahnpasta Titandioxid enthält, E 171, ist krebserregend, Info von meiner Tierärztin. My unit arrived yesterday and has been on change now for 31 hours. The blue light has gone out, but (and I know this is supposed to be quiet and non-vibrating), it shows no sign of working at all. Is this how it is supposed to be???? My other half says I have spent a hundred and seventy quid on the toothbrush with a blue light on it! How do we know it is /is not working please? This product is fantastic and I been amazed at the difference after just one use. Might try to add pictures later. However I was charged £45 customs. Customer services were very good when I was going to return the product for that reason.I’ve had this for a month, I’m using it according to the instructions, I’ve not noticed any change whatsoever to my dogs tartare. She is young and doesn’t have much tartare but there seems no difference. It’s just an expensive fancy gadget with a blue light. Before and after pictures. Obviously too late to return now. Don’t make my mistake.
