I wanted an inexpensive 35% carbamide peroxide teeth whitening gel, and this is it. Each syringe comes with a separate applicator. Unscrew the syringe cap, screw in the applicator, twist off the applicator's cap, apply the gel to your whitening trays, and put the cap back on the applicator. Very easy way to save money. It is strange this product's write-up says CP and not carbamide peroxide. I have used several different brands including one from my dentist, and this product's gel gives the same results. I apply it for an hour per day twice a week and use a blue light to speed up the process. Whitening gel should be stored in the refrigerator.
