This is literally the only saw I could find that matched the specs required to fit on this saw other than blades imported from Japan. Cuts very well and I’m very pleased with the dimensions. If you have the makita HS005G, this is what you’re looking forI made a really high-quality "micro table saw" from parts I bought on Amazon. I wanted a 1.5" depth of cut, and a 4.5" blade came up about 1/32" short. I was happy and a little surprised when I ran across this 5" blade. Never heard of a 5" blade! The arbor size is great, my adaptor washer fits snugly. The teeth are sharp, and more for ripping, but it also crosscuts fine. Haven't tried it on aluminum yet, but it should work based on other blades of this type I have used. There was a little runout, but some of it could be in my arbor. 4.5 stars, highly recommended.
