Just when I thought the industrial scene was all but dead I stumble upon a new band by the name of 3Teeth, and WOW, do they breathe some new life into the genre! It takes a lot to impress me these days; after a while you think you've heard it all. But I've never been so compelled to write an album review until now. It simply deserves to be recognized.Without question the debut album from 3Teeth deserves the full 5-star rating. It's an instant classic. "Nihil" kicks things off with stomping drums and frenzied guitar riffs with repeated shouts of "Bound by flesh, freed by blood". "Pearls 2 Swine" and "Dust" remind me of a harsher version of KMFDM. "Unveiled" provides you with a few minutes to catch your breath before a string of punishing songs. "Dissolve" is perhaps my favorite track on the album. The heavy beats and haunting synth paired with the killer riffs and venomous vocal delivery makes me want to both dance and bang my head like a madman.If you're a fan of old-school industrial music but still want to listen to something that sounds fresh, pick up this album now.
