Only had the water flosser for a couple of days and it seems like a very good product. I would have given a 5 star rating except for one thing. The instructions are so small they are unreadable. We ended up photographing the pages and the expanding them to a readable size. Come on, give the old eyes a break.I have only one complaint, and it's substantial. The charger connection is proprietary and it should be either a type C USB or even the old mini USBI was concerned about the quality of this water flosser due to the price, but it does a GREAT job!So much nicer than having the big clunky system sitting on your bathroom counter!It is a good product, so far no complaints!Use it all the time.My dentist could tell a huge difference in my gums & teeth!not small enough for traveling.Pros: The item is easy to use. I like the way the jet tip fits and a button on top to release it. It has three adjustments: normal (which is hard); soft (which you can barely feel), and pulse that is just right!Improvements that could be made:1. The water container has a narrow opening at the tapered top. I think it would be better serve to remove the tapered top so that you can actually fit your fingers in to clean and dry it out. I worry about mold forming and its difficult to drive it out.2. I would like to see it smaller and lighter for traveling. Seems to be too bulky for packing and I subsequently ordered a different one for traveling.3. The design is difficult to floss the inside or backside of the teeth. With caps or braces its important to reach the back. If I try under the "normal" flow, it is much too strong to maneuver without the hard flow hitting sensitive areas in the mouth. If you put it on "soft", it's much too soft and you can't tell if you're actually getting each tooth. I have been using it with the "pulse" flow but I still not satisfied with the effect.4. The plug to cover the holes where the charging cord goes keeps coming out and I'm sure its just a matter of time that water will get in there and may short it out.All in all . . I gave it a total of 4 stars. For the money, the product is made well and I'm sure will last a long time. I have used it for a month now, almost every night, and have not had to recharge.Esta muy completo , es fácil de transportar incluye una funda para su traslado, la capacidad de agua es muy buena.
