My 3 yr old has tight front teeth so the dentist suggested that we floss. This has been wonderful; it is easy for me to string up new floss, and then he can floss all on his own. I've tried it myself and it does lose its tension quickly on adult teeth, but I still love this over the disposables.It does the job. However, it could be more sturdy the floss comes loose easily. I have to restring frequently to keep tight enough to use. The side button wrap around should be larger and have a slot to anchor the floss to keep it tight.nice. would like the cover to be more secure... in my pocket, it sometimes pops off...This is not a paid review. I am known as the recycle queen among people who know me. I hate to see so much plastic get thrown away with those single use dental floss pixks. I had wasted a lot of money purchasing replaceable dental floss picks on Amazon. None worked well. But this one works really well. The floss gets loose too but just tighten it again and it will continue to work. I am 95% satisfied. I might get a few more to give away to my relatives.I used this a few times, and I just could not like it. It hardly holds the floss. I just didn’t like it.This thing is a total piece of garbage. It's impossible to thread and won't hold a taut line so one can floss. The floss that came with it is also garbage. I'd like to know who thought it was a good idea to put the UPC over the instructions, not that they helped a bit. If I could rate it with "no stars" I wouldEasy to use and durable with much less waste than typical picks.Just got this and floss is really gross and unsanitary. The packaging itself was fine but inside of blue cap is just covered in black stuff and absolutely filthy. Very sad i was looking forward to using this floss pick
