I got this so that I can keep my mouth open while I’m whitening my teeth. So far it’s been doing a really good job. It’s similar to what my dentist or orthodontist would use. The plastic material seems to be durable and built well. To clean it I just put it in a bowl of warm water with either denture or retainer cleaner tablets. That seems to do the trick at removing 99.9% of the bacteria. You can also use a toothbrush and toothpaste to clean it. It’s comfortable to wear during the duration of my whitening.This seems like a niche item, but if you’re in the search of something like this, I would say grab it while you can. it’s doing the job
