Not sure why my first review did not get online. I have been ordering this product for over a year and wrote an extensive review on both the quality of the product and customer service of the company. Both are exemplary - I had some gum issues last year and looked up natural methods of healing for the purpose of avoiding surgery. Myhrr and peppermint came up frequently.When I found this product I did not hesitate to order This along with other things I was doing, like using a water pick and brushing more often with the tooth powder made an enormous difference. Surgery was unnecessary; thus, I've been using the powder ever since.First, it's natural; it tastes great and what I can say, after brushing, my teeth and gums feel clean and I have not had any problem with decay. I ordered two bottles to order more and there was a delay with the order - a short one. I contacted the company and received an immediate response from Seth. He sent me th nicest email, fully prepared to do whatever it took to rectify the situation. He was so polite and there was also a little note of thanks in my order.It is a pleasure to do business with this family based business. I love the product and will continue to order because it gives me the results I want - further, I can trust the company to back-up their orders and get back to me when there is an issue. The problem had nothing to do with the company, but my own error in not checking the mail box.
