It would be easier to swallow if it were fatter and shorter. The amount of elemental calcium is 150mg; the label is not clear on this, but I checked with the company. The new label says this is 167% of the daily value, but that is a mistake in their arithmetic.I used to get these from my allergist before he died. I was happy to find them on Amazon!! They are great for allergy patients because they do not have added ingredients!Compare to NutriCology Calcium Citrate. Exact same thing and slightly less expensive. Both work well.Finally! A calcium supplement that does not cause constipation for me!I bought this brand to get small pills since I have trouble swallowing. The "150 mg" tag is pure fraud: it comes in really big pills with rough surface, sharp angles, and in hard to swallow shape. They pills probably contain a lot of some unlisted additives.I would love it if only my dog did. She hates ita1st chlorella supplement I ever tried and will be the only.
